I recently downloaded the Beholder model, but can not figure out what to do to make it work in the map.

Ok here is a list of reasons why...

You may have the incorrect file path

You might have downloaded an incomplete model (it may be missing files)

If the file came with a ReadMe and the path for the model, skin, and any potrait/attatchments cheak your file pathing twice.

Make sure you use the mdx/mdl for the units model not the blp.

If the model path is under "textures/" I can't help you because I don't even know how to get those working.

If you need further help, and are sure of what the problem is feel free to pm me and I will respond as quickly as possible.

Also you might want to try the tutorials. They often cover things like this. Good luck!

Also after jeg imported the model, re-open WE.

It doesn't say a path that I can see. I'll paste what it says below:

Textures path : *.blp
Portrait/model path: N/A
How to use:
Just direct the model path to this model and its done.
Just use Import Manager in TFT and import in the map (remember the import
model bug, you need to save and reload map in order to see the model). The
paths for the skin and model are above. Just import, doubleclick on the
file and alter the path to the above ones. Thats all folks!

That means after importing the skin you need to open its properties (in the import manager) and check "Use Custom Path" and delete the "war3imported\" off the front of the path of the skin (the BLP file)
