Image Extractor Error

When i try to open the .tga skin to place it in Image Extractor II it gives me an error saying '(my file) has an unsupported compression'. Uhh.. someone help me out here. Oh yea, im using Paint Shop Pro 7 to edit the skin.

You must edit alpha channels before saving it, or it will give you an error.
