MIDI Support

Hey.
Could anyone tell me if i can have midis in my maps? can be roc or tft..?
and if i have them, will everyone else be able to hear them on their computers? or do they need patches or whatever as well..?
and if i cant get midi support then can i convert midi to mp3? if so how?
