i was just wondering.. is i possible to get an older version of TToR??

and how did you change the names on the races in the race selection bar..??

Not of TToR no, but of New Race Mod yes. It's probably in the Wc3c download section.

For the names, that is just editing of globalstrings.fdf in the Ui\framedef\
