Custom Skins import errors

Ok I'm having lots of trouble(may be a newb thing) but i try and import the nazgul (from this skin download section) and i don't know what to import and what to change. I have downloaded it and if you could plz direct me because im lost and frustrated. When i import it all i get is the shadow. plz help me.

well, it should have a readme... and you need to import the .mdx and .blp in the file, then set the custom paths to what ever the person said it should be
