Naga Modeller&Skinner

I need a naga modeller here are the criterias:

-BE able to check forums at least 3 times a week.
-Confortable with naga type units and their building style
-Able to make a good unwrap map
-Animation is not mandatory but would be a VERY good extra skill.

Skinner:

Same criterias as for modeller except for the last.

-able to make skins from scratch and edit
-clean skins (like the bliz ones)
