Well it is barely hearable... The quality is good enough, but explain me one thing.. why 112kb mono? The attachments allow for that to have been 128 kbit stereo. This really dampens the quality a lot. It sonds muffled. Oh and it is not a dreadlord :)

Maglok's dread lord was pretty sweet - the voice and editing was very, very well done. :)

Here's one I did a while ago for a cutscene I was working on. It's just meant to suit a sinister Dread Lord, not the voice of the Undead hero version.

Recorded in Cool Edit, edited in CE and Sound Forge.

I remember that the Original sounds from SC are made (or edited) in SF. What kind of effect is that? (I already searched it years ago!)
