ok so I want to add a hero glow to a unit(a hero with a model taht isent a hero...like a paladin with a footman model) so how do you add one? is it like a unit propertie or is it some kinda skining/modeling thing? |

a modeling thing, for the most part...you might be able to hack something together w/out mdl editing but... |

download heroglowpack import Glow.mdx in your map make an ability based of Sphere that will attach Glow.mdx to origin of a unit possessing that ability (just give the ability to the hero, like the bloodmage has it) and voila....it should glow u shoul add some triggers to make it work even better.... |

hmmm, what about removing the glow? How would I go about that? |

You can add hero glow 2 ways, model editing or using the glow pack (here is a good thread to check out: http://www.wc3campaigns.com/forums/s...ight=hero+glow ) The ONLY way to remove hero glow is via model editing... Here is a tut: http://www.coonrapidsnordicski.org/D...gHeroGlow.html |
