Well, as you can see on the picture (if the uploading of it works) I have made many regions, more like 79 regions... and if you have figured already, then you'll see that I should make the same for the other "roads" also... I have 10 of those "roads" and making 790 regions, and then put them in a trigger isn't really funny, is it? :) What I need is some easy way of doing this... And the regions should be triggerd by units entering them and that unit should explode/die immedietly. (sorry, my English could have been better, but most of you'll understand) Any hints? (I have searched in the forums already and didn't find much info about this... :/ |

well, diagonaly ways are always stupid to make, yours whould be the best way, but try to make some bigger regions instead of 2 or 3 small regions |

Surround the roads with invisible immolation units. Immolation should have a very small radius so it only hits if they go off the road. |

Thanks, that was a great idea! How can I thank you? Want credits on my map? (If I ever complete it) :) -------------------------------------------------- EDIT: Hm, immolation doesn't seem to work when the unit is invisible... anyway I can add some triggers to fix that... just wanted you to know :) |

You have to give them permenant immoliation, not regular. |

Yes, as legolas said, it has to be Perma Immolation. If for some reason that doesnt work, give the models a fire animation and make it look like the path has fire at the edges so you get killed when you walk into it. ;) Esoteric if that pic in your sig isnt a joke then you're a jackass heh. Open source is great. When the maker agrees.... |

I did but I wasnt completely sure. Some people have grammar like that without trying to be funny. ;) Good to know it's not real. |

By the way, questions DO not go here, they belong to map development , moved |

Thought the part of that forum (Triggers and bla bla bla) were for questions about triggers :) |

That's the main problem here, people read the word trigger and stop reading the next words: it is trigger and utility repository not trigger and blah blah blah, and it even has a description below below: Quote:
I even made an announcement there that reads: "Please Don't post questions here!" It is incredibly annoying how people think that the fact that there says trigger means "post all your trigger questions here", it is not called trigger questions section. The trigger and utility repository is to share working triggers not to ask questions. And when threads are moved they leave redirects that use a space that could be used by an incredibly used system, thank god I found a way to remove redirects, because I would need to delete threads to get rid of the space redirects take in the repository |

Kinda hard to know because I have heard this word "repository" :) And I thought it was like that, but sorry... :P |

Actually his sig is a rewritten refrence to an old japanese game with poor english traslations. All your base are belong to us. You are on the way to destruction. You have no chance to survive, make your time. Actually hears a link to it, plus an added techno song. http://allyourbasearebelongtous.de/ |
