steam tank's rocket's??

I made a tank with three turrets, so i want to make it fire three rockets which aim at three different ennemies. I thought about modifying the steam tank's upgrade which make him fire at air units.

But it doesnt work. i noticed that when the steam tank got the upgrade, he gets a new attack type which allow him him to fire at air.
But my units doesnt get it.

I also noticed that the steam tank has the abilily "chaos" whose data precise that it is used only for steam tank.

So i copied the ability the fire at air (dont know the word in english sry)
AND the "chaos" ability. I gave them both to my units and i changed the data of the new "chaos" from "steam tank" to "my unit".

But there is nothing to do... doesnt work :( can someone help me?
