Request: A more treeish tree of life

The request is pretty simple, although i'm not sure how easy the process of actually making it will be.

I want these changes on the tree of life, ages and eternity. The green leaves on the back of each one to be duplicated and put in the front of them, as to make them look more like trees (but keeping the weird symbol wood thing on the top) and getting rid of their faces. And their arms removed.

I've said it before and i'll say it again, I have no clue what goes into modeling so I don't know how difficult this would be ://// But any help would be oh so apreciated. Thanks!
