yesh, if you've played EQ, you'd know inky = slang for darkelf ;) Wrapping = teh sux On Blp = Teh Shiz! I might just find a new model :bgrun: I may put this up for dl. Ear+Head+Hair+Book thing = recolor Rest = freehand I wuda alphad book, but the mouth texture comes from it :/ I chose pink jewels on book cause theres pink jewels near the hands. I may scrap the book later. I might not put this in dl, because 1- I could possibly use parts of it on eq mod 2- the wrappins sux. it looks fine ingame tho. if you want, ill stick in dl tho. -edit- hands recolor too, if anyone cares :P |

its "loosely" based on the concept, hence different hair :gsmile: its not really visible on the screenies, but the book/case/etc on his side (the side without the staff) near his hip |

very nice, though the brown in the clothing seems to flat to me, just dodging and burning totally random areas for all i care would give more contrast and make the cloths seem more fluid in my opinion. Though i really like the collar part around his neck. |

looks very good kinda native american. It needs a lot of burning and dodging though. Add some waves in the close it looks flat. |

Why his skin is blue? I think, that dark elfs have white skin, and just undead - blue one |

because dark elves HAVE blue skin. I remember why i made his hair bright-- that screenie was taken at night :foot: a bit of an update: |

Yeah, the clothing definately needs to be dodged and burned in places... It looks like it is entirely under the same lighting which is impossible.. Also, the cape is sort of boring for being such a large part of the model. Perhaps a different model would be wanted if you were going for the concept, since the concept is wearing a robe.. Also a custom face would make it look less recolor and make it better. But it's starting out fairly well, GJ :D -Fiery |

I would make hair white or really light grey becouse every dark elf iv ever seen has white hair |

WTF??? A dark elf that's not just inverted colors??? Dear God, it's like someone's actually thinking! Looks pretty good, and I agree about the wrapping. I tried to skin a priest (in more ways than one), but after I saw how a pretty simple pattern on his clothes was distorted by the wrapping, I gave up. |
