How do you add buffs using triggers?

I am trying to make a unit get silence cast on it, but i cant figure out how to do it through triggers. It gives an option to "remove buff" but no option to "add buff"

Can't be done. It is just a graphic that is tied to the spell.

Get a unit that is unselectable to cast it on it.
