Plasma Rifle model request

Can anyone please make me 2 models of this gun:
and of course i will pay points.

If possible, make the 2 light-blue front parts glow light.

1- it lies still on the ground
2- it is in the hands of warcraft unit. like a sword or spear.

ok, dude... you requested this from me in a pm, and i hate to break it to you, but one, i know that's the halo plasma rifle, and two, i'm on the halo mod team, so it would be against the team leaders rules, rules that i agree with... sorry, but no can do
