Well, what I was hoping that I could do with this thread, is get all of the information on memory leaks (and how to fix them). I have seen a number of specific questions on memory leaks in this and other forums, and so it seemed (to me anyways) like it would be a good idea to combine everything into one thread, that can be reffered to. I, personally, have very little knowledge on how to fix memory leaks, but it seems that creating or referencing any thing more complicated than a real causes leaks. It seems that this could help to make the world a little less laggy... |

Seconded, I've seen mention of some of the things you need to clean up, but a list would be good. I know created regions need to be cleaned up, but I couldn't give you an example. |

There are threads that have been written about this, mainly hiveminds threads and some others in the jass section. |

I don't bend that way. :) |

By hivemind, were you talking about having all or most of the information on memory leaks in one place, or something else? I know that there are lots of random memory leak threads all over the place, but I was hoping to gather all of the information into one big bundle of joy. If that has already been done, could you point me there (I looked around, and some none such, but they may exist beyond my vision... which isn't very good) |
