My Loading Screen Isn't Working :( HELP! *sry about the last 1 i used the wrong pic*

HEY I HAVE MY LOADING SCREEN DOWN! BUT IT WON'T SHOW UP AS ANYTHING BUT BLACK ON THE LOAD SCREEN WHEN I PLAY THE GAME! HELP! I CUT IT INTO PARTS LIKE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BUT IT STILL WON'T WORK! IF I DIDN'T CUT IT EVENLY I HAVE THE WHOLE THING ATTATCHED TO THIS! PLEASE REPLY AND GIVE ME A WAY TO GET THE CORRECT SIZES! THANX!

You do realize you can edit a post to change the attachment?
