Probably Easy Trigger Question

This is prob an easy thing i'm overlooking by how to you set a trigger to enable allied victory in an alliance? Is there a way to do this or will i have to use my own victory trigger. If that is the case could someone please provide a working victory trigger because the ones i've made aren't that stable. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Player Properties under Settings. Under Forces

No i mean for an ingame function. I know theres action triggers to make an alliance but i can't find the one to enable allied victory by trigger.

I think it is one of the map flags you can set.
