Hey everyone, AssassinX here (only using Outkast3040 cause for some reason i couldnt get AssassinX on this forum :p)

I am proud to bring you a new and outstanding UMS map!

Remember game in Starcraft Commando Wars?
Now I have refitted it to War3 with a couple of extra features.
I am posting information on the map in this post, but I will reply again this afternoon and attach the file to the maps section with screenshots of this map. For right now im gonna state the features and rules etc...(this will be copied to the maps thread)

Number of Players to Play: 2 - 9
Suggest Number of Players: 6 - 9 (anything below 6 will result in a slow long game as of right now)

Description: There are 3 teams of up to 3 players each with a base in the map. Team 1 is on the bottom left corner, Team 2 is on the middle top, and Team 3 is on the bottom right corner. Each player starts off with 2 militia men at their base. With these militia men you can go around the map and exchange them for a stronger single unit. These units are enclosed in certain areas or ramps with statues infront of them. The statues indicate what unit is made there and on their name they indicate the number of militia needed. For Example a footman statue will be named Footman(2) Indicating 2 militia men are needed inside the enclosed area to make a footman. If you die you respawn at your base with an amount of militia men depending on your number of kills. Every 5 kills you get anther militia man. IE: at 5 kills you have 3 militia, at 10 kills you have 4 milita, at 15 kills you have 5 militia etc... First team with a COMBINED score of 375 wins the game. This is basically more of a deathmatch kinda game with a lot of twists and combos (really fun).

There are also 2 upgrade hills in the middle. You place certain units to make an upgrade of an even stronger unit (note: upgraded units are stronger than units around the map for the same price). Example: 2 militia men = 1 rogue, 2 gnoll poachers = 1 gnoll assassin, 1 forest troll + 1 gnoll poacher + 1 murloc tiderunner = Dragon Whelp. The upgrade concept has been changed due to alot of camping in the upgrade circle and messing up the triggers. So I made 2 upgrade hills with which only one person may enter at 1 time. The cinema in game will tell you how the upgrade box works in more detail.

Things to address concerning upgrade combos. Most units have what i call common upgrades which are 2 of a unit or 3 of a unit theres even one with 5 of a unit but no bigger. Not all units have common upgrades, but that doesnt mean they arnt used in the upgrade box. You can make an upgrade with 3 different types of units and 4 different unit types in upgrade but no more. If you upgrade with 3 or more there cant be a combination of more than 1 of a unit type (thats confusing right?). Example is: you can't have a combo like 2 headhunters + 1 footman. Must have one of each unit type when involving different unit types.
This is the beta and that means im adding alot of features to the official release of this beautiful map. For right now there is only one trigger in the map that tells ppl a few upgrades. In official release i might have some more around the map that tell either clues or the upgrade combos to use. I won't tell all, some you will just have to experiment with.

Features:

- 3 Waygates in each base to teleport your units to 3 different parts of the map.
- 20 + unit converters around the map
- 93 upgrade combos in the upgrade box with 93 different units. (I hit the maximum amount of custom units with this.)
- Briefing Cinema
- 2 upgrade boxes that have a magical seal which makes units invulnerable inside and keeps units of other players out. Both also have waygates inside that teleport user to his base.
- Nice working leaderboard.

Known Bugs:

- In the unit converters, this rarely happens but because units of different colors sometimes die and fight in the converter region, it might mess up the region for a minute or so (the converter stops working), but then usually changes back to normal in a minute or two.

Coming Soon (Official Version)

- Troll Ring Master Events.
- Drop system give kills. (if a player drops or leaves on your team, he gives his team his kills)
- Voting system on victory conditions of the game. (players will be able to vote on whether it is a timed game: 20 min, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min. or first to 375 kills game.)

I worked long and hard on this map. Know that it is still beta because i intend to add more features to this game before I call it an official version. The bugs are pretty much worked out and the version i am going to post is the most stable one so far. Still I would like a lot of input on balance issues and any bugs you might find. Suggestions are welcomed also thank you!!!!
