Dumbest Question Ever...speeding up the editor?

Are there any tips on ways to make the editor move more quickly, or is it just annoyingly slow sometimes? (ie, loading ANYTHING)

you can't make loading faster but there are ways to improve the speed of the object editor.

In the Window menu you can deactivate the brush list, this helps alot with older PCs

getting a new comp....
