Problem Making Icons

Ok, i got my pic, but when i open wc3 map utilities to do the buttonizing stuff it crashes.

ummm can u be a bit more specific w/what it is u're trying to do exactly it could make helping u easier.. if i can help u, i will do my best! :D

crashes.... its it a .blp?

does it have an alpha channel?

did you set the correct path? (most likely not problem)
