passive ability effect question.

I am making a passive ability out of Drunken Brawler.

However, when I tried giving the ability an aura-like look that would

appear, it wouldn't, although I put the effect at "Art-target" and

put "origin" at Art-target attachment, and furthermore put "Self" as

target.

However the effect just won't appear. Help me with this.

And please find me a way to do that without triggers. :<
