well heres something I made that started out as a poor, rundown village, to try some new stuff, but made into a pretty much abandoned group of houses, nestled in a valley (note the title)

Those look rather nice so far. You might try adding more tile variation on the ground though it looks mainly to be just one or two tiles right now. Other than that good nice work.

I don't think so mephisto...
that looks good and the purple stuff makes it look like some kind of ghost village ... also because there are no villagers ... kinda scary... 8))

no, i actually like the tilework. I always put on too many tiles in my opinion, spending less energy on doodads and stuff. Its quite a shame. Though yeah, those trees look ugly if we get under them, i'm willing to try to change them if you guys give any suggestions.

The bright river rushes and other bright doodads need to be darkneed to fit the cold atmostphere.
