Here I will be posting a new triggered spell that I have done each week. I might end up doing more than one on any given week, but I will notify you guys if I won't be able to do one for an entire week. Now, Please give me good ideas for my heros! I need ideas for cool hero spells. Please give me ideas! Have fun with them, I don't care if you use it in your map, and I don't care about credit given. I will update the map weekly unless I say otherwise. Have fun and post positive and constructive comments on it please. Note: All text below this point will be updated and changed with every new spell, the stuff above I won't change, so you don't need to read it again. Feel bad that nones bothered to download your map or read this thread so I'll check out your map and give ya a reply in a bit. Edit: OK I tried your map. It was ok I geuss, looked a little too unrealistic for my personal use. Good show of mild intermedite maping knowledge though. If anything this would be useful for mappers that dont understand the triggering behind it. |

All of these spells are going to be for the hero arena inside of my TD, so they might not all be super hard to create because I want to be able to create tons of them. I kind of made it to help other people realize how to make these custom spells though. I dunno. |

It has some advanced GUI options that only exist in UMSWE, so I will put them in custom script lines as soon as I release my next spell. This way everyone will be able to open it. You really should look into UMSWE though, because it is just great to have, and so far, I haven't noticed anything wrong with it. |

I have UMSWE but i never really figured out how to use it, Im a Modert mapper and all the triggers in the plain old editor work for me so ya...=P |

Sigh... UMSWE. Narwanza I'll keep this thread clean for you, just AIM me when you need it cleaned. AIM - DragonSlayerXVX :EDIT: Hey, that move is pretty okward. If you don't mindme saying so, you just have to look at in a in-game Point of View, would you enjoy seeing that move in game? It's rather annoying,(sorry), Really nice idea though, its just too much green for me, I loved the way it finished. Very nice. Also, this is going to sound rude, may I contribute to your thread with a spell every once and awhile? :EDIT 2: I also suggest against using UMSWE, it's not going to help the learners at all if they have to download advanced features. That's why you won't ever see my spells protected or UMSWE/WEU-ifed. |

It would be an ultimate spell, so it woulnd't be used often at all. I don't mind if you contribute, but please send the map to [email protected], and I will add it into the big map. Of course I will give credit to you for making the spell. Right now I am working on a more low-key spell that isn't so visually crazy. Thanks for offering to keep it clean, I might use that when the thread gets too full. Do you have any suggestions as to how to make it not so annoying in-game? [edit] Quote:

Yea, too many green things, and quite a bit less balls would help. Chnage the attack animation to the destroyer attack animation and it will be coolest move ever. (Fanboy of that animation) Do you have AIM or MSN? You can get AIM here... www.aim.com It would be better. :EDIT: I can only READ Jass, so custom text won't help. Just try and avoid using that editor all together ok? |

Why on earth... you made that spell way more complex than it needed to be... and what's the point of doing it in JASS if no one can read it? Well... most people... |

spell is not more complex than it needs be. There may be some extra stuff in there becasue I had to go from scratch 5 times to get the freezing to work, but it really isn't that complex. It has to be in JASS because it uses loops and the other one uses loops also. You can't have Integer A tied up for 2 things at the same time or else one will get dropped and everything will get screwed up. So it had to be in JASS to get some local integer variable loops going on. |
