Skinning contest

New skinning contest for my new map.
I need support form anyone who is a great skinner. I am not sure about what rewards will be, but you will definetly get a great amount of credit in my new map, a rts based on past civilizations.
This contest needs your support, anyone can judge that wants too. The rules are simple, i will give you a list of ideas and anyone is welcome to try to skin them. If you are good enough you could even make a new model. If yall think the idea is stupid, then just tell me, but this could be a great oppurtunity.:D :nono:

no, its a good idea. go ahead and start it. im sure some people would want to do it.

A list of models to start off with:
-A Christian Crusader
I don't want him to be a footman, I'm using that for other things as well
-A Human Axe Man
Preferably a grunt.
-A Male Archer*
Women weren't allowed in the army in most cultures, so i need a male human archer
-A Caravel
These were one of the first ships used to explore the seas

you probably would want to tell us what civilization(s)/culture(s) this is for, since a human axeman could be a soldier of greece, it could be a savage, a barbarian etc. It would help alot. same with the archer. the crusader is pretty specific though.

There are no real cultures. The base societies i have started so far are Advanced, Military, Trade, and Military. It is not any true society from history, I want to make it so you can sculpt your society the way you want it. Of corse in my map you each society will have advantages. Hopefully i will be able to make some sort of bonus games, such as the English Raiders, where you will only be able to choose vikings, or the English. (that is still a concept though, and is not in the map in any form yet)

Oh ya axeman would be a military only unit (so more on the barbarian side)

Erm, check my crusader in downloads, Ydoh's human grunt on Mock1's warehouse, and my male archer in the skin gallery.

The whole idea is to have fun with the competitition. Im not going to put any guidelines down, this is open to the public. As for prizes, what would you want?

Points would be logical.

Common prizes are...
Custom Signatures
Points
Credit in a map (along with another prize)
Get to join clans and stuff.

Stuff like that.
