Now, this is EXACTLY WHAT I DID. I downloaded all the starcraft/protoss/zerg icons from the downloads section for a map... I took WarCraft 3 Viewer, Batch converted them to TGA then BLP (I still have copies of all TGA, BLP, AND JPEG). Now, when I AdrenalGlands.BLP (or .TGA) and I save, unless i put a frozen throne unit or something in there, it saves as .w3m! And also, if it saves as .w3m, it will not allow me to open the map. Save as TFT, it crashes as soon as I try to look at the icon. How do I fix this? Ahhh! My path for the file is war3imports/AdrenalGlands.BLP (or .TGA)...something like that. e.e |

DO NOT BATCH CONVERT YOU IDIOT!!! I EVEN POSTED THAT!!! THE STARCRAFT HAVE NO ALPHA CHANNELS YOU DOLT! and once you singly convert each one by adding an alpha channel (war3 viewer does it auto, do not batch convert), it will be flipped upside down and inside out (not jokin) then you reconvert, edit, and rereconvert duh |

Ok, lets see here...Now, why the hell does an icon, that doesn't move, or flip around, need an alpha channel anyway? And what IS an alpha channel? What the hell, it works, so I'm happy. |
