How DO You Import Custom Skins Onto Your Map

How do i import the customs skins i downloaded into maps here are some of my questions

-Do i require any programs
-Where do i place the custom skins i downloaded
-Is there any other work involved in gettng the skins in

Do you have TFT or Roc?
If you have TfT, its simple,

open the Import Manager in the World editor, import the skin you want (must be .blp) then double klick it and change its path to what the unit model normaly use

I opened the Warcraft 3 Editor and looked around and realized i could not find the import manager and your picture looks like a totally different version of my editor and for some reason there is no IMPORT MANAGER on my editor why is that??:(

DO you have ROC only?

I believe so is there a way to get another version the one with the import manager???

The expansion pack 'The Frozen Throne' comes with the new World Editor, with the import manager in it.
