Ya I can if I am not to busy, also you might want to apply a vertex weld and he looks a little skinny and tall

i seem to like it the way it is...

well first we have to figure out how to get it into max I suggest dling gmax and then Importing your model and finsihing it, then I can animate and skin it if you want.

I dont think gmax can export as anything max can open.
You could use a script to export it as an .mdx and open it

You should be able to export .3ds or save as max
