Cinematic Zooming

i know panning, and cinematic mode, but how do u make it so its zoomed in all the way (so it kinda looks 1st person view[isometic])

Change the distance on the camera, lower number=closer view. If this isn't what you looking for, try explaining a bit differently...

[edit] Some people also use filters to show it is first person.

or you could set the camera field to something different...
