I Dont Have An Import Manager!

Hi! I've been trying to move a skin into a map but it hasnt been working.
Now i know that i need an import manager to do this but I DONT HAVE ONE!!:nono:
do u hav to hav frozen throne to hav an import manager?
i hav the latest version of patch for reign of chaos and i just want to know if u need the expansion to get the import manager.
or is there a place(other then blizzard) where you can get the importer?

ROC users don't have the importer available, sorry to say. You could however still use one of the old MPQ programs to import custom models and such - But i don't know where to find one of those anymore, so - sorry :bgrun:

Im pretty sure you need TFT for the import editor (as well as the spell editor, ability editor... ect)

untill then i think you have to mpq edit (shivers).....
