Anybody know Zepir, as in the maker of Zepirs map editor?!? i need his help.....

does ANYBODY know of a final version of zepirs map editor? i need to be able to change my maps loading screen..... its gonna really suck if i cant :( and my map is bigger than the normal editor is going to alow me... wtf do i do!
