Please help a noob out

I don't know if this is the right section for this, but how do you import custom terrain tilsets. I downloaded one for wood floors and i want to make a house interior. Can someone help me?

You can use WC3M utilities and ad it as a custom skin or just lurk out the path of a tile and use a mpqimporter.
