World Editor Runs Slow?

I'm using the Frozen Throne World Editor on a 1.9 Ghz machine with 512 MB of RAM and a Geforce4MX (it's a laptop). Most of the times it's fine and response time is snappy. However, when I am editting some fields in the Unit editor or Ability editor, the world editor will seize up for a couple of seconds after I have committed changes to the field.

I assume that the reason it is pausing is to cross-check all references of that unit or ability in the map to make sure everything is still valid, but I don't see why the GUI should become unresponsive when it is doing this.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Click Here and do the step about the Brush List(its the very first thing it talks about i think).

wow, after I've removed the Brush List and reduced Undo to 10, my editor now runs 5 times faster! Thanks for the info!

Also if you go to the preferences and uncheck the auto map feature it makes it much faster:D
