I have button art and I can make normal ones but i dont have anything better than a simple tga-jpg and windows paint to work with. What's the best free software I could get for making disabled buttons, and other varieties? I noticed the wc3 tools in download section has a little thing that makes diff. kinds of buttons but I think its broken because they never work right once I get them made. I know its not me because I've made a few buttons myself, and i know about the alpha channel etc. Plus I know the path needed in import manager since ive imported lots of icons., |

Cool, I heard about the Gimp from a friend who's a linux user, but I could've sworn it was for the linux os only. Guess I'll try out this windows port. Thanks for the link ;) -Huh |

I recommend Paint shop pro or Photoshop as they are currently the best software for making all sorts of art including icons and skinning. Yes they are very expensive but worth it. |

for some reason i downloaded the paint shop pro trial one, it has all these different options (alpha channels ARE required for icons too, it has it...) and it doesnt have a timer on it... |
