Help with key command plz!

Hey i need help with one trigger im trying to make it so that when u hit space or wht ever key makes unit attack like footmen slices and deals damage to unit in front of footmen but i also want a cooldown on wep so like alow the trigger ever 1 sec i have the arrow key commands down for controls to move but cant fgure this out plz help me and post how to do it OR even better post a demo map thxs :P
and another easy thing how do u make it so move with right click isnt allowed and attack with right click isnt allowed?

that sounds like a map that i've been workin on some days now.
for the attack you can make a dummy spell... something like this:

Unit begins channeling an ability

ability being cast equal to (dummy spell)

order (casting unit) to attack (random unit in(region centered at position of (casting unit) offset by 100 towards (facing of(casting unit))))

something like that...
