Guest | ok heres the skinny: in my map the player chooses a hero with a shade. the trigger there creates a scout tower in a random location, creates the hero at the tower, and creates 12 shades at the normal unit selection area. when selected, these units are supposed to create at the tower. when they die you get a new shade. when the hero dies, you have an altar that you revive him at. at first it seemed like the hero just wouldnt move to the tower for some inexplicable reason, as i could create everything at the tower beforehand. then as i was testing the map, i wanted to move the hero away from his starting spot so i wouldnt have to move units to set him free. i selected my units and they generated at the hero! i tested this further by killing the hero, reviving him, then killing a unit and choosing a new one, and it again spawned at the hero. then i tested killing a unit and the hero, and choosing a new unit before reviving. it created at the tower. heres my array (i have no idea what im doing with the things..): Set Tower[(Player number of (Owner of (Triggering unit)))] = (Last created unit) i know the flaw is with that.. im gunna fiddle with it but id also appreciate your input. |
