how do i allow users to choose their race?

Hey,
I just made a cool map, but I can't seem to figure out how to allow players to pick their race. I have set up forces ans set start points, I don't know if that might be the reason why they can't choose it, I would greatly apreciate it if anyone could help me! Thanks

Turn off the feature use setting for player (thats the switch under use custom forces)
