Strange exporting problem

I'm using kdub's Milkshape exporter here and am having some problems, as demonstrated in the picture.

I've had problems before in which vertices assigned to nothing are sent to the origin, but here certain verticies appear to be sticking to other models. There are no animations involved here. I just exported and added the heading, as I've done with hundreds of other models.

Does anyone have an idea about what might be causing this?

I'm guessing that its your video card. I had a similar problem when I played WarIII with my older card. It would randomly pick a verticee and throw it off somewhere. Of course if there are verticees that aren't attached to any thing then the game may just be confused about where to put them, and it streches the skin to cover the model as you can see from reading or doing the tut that came with the art tools.

I had this problem when editing a model the model would strech out and grab stuff because a geoset it needed for the animations was gone, but I don't know the reason this is doing it.

I looked at this tried every thing, but still wouldn't work.
