Need help with an idiot question

hi, i just made my first wc3 map using the roc editor, it's a custom game, but when i try to play it online, the players come out all wrong, and computers arn't there. my question is, how do i make fixed teams with computers locked in place/team/color?

Have you tested to click the "fixed player properties" in the forces section(in scenario/Forces)?

Yeah, fixed player settings is ticked.

Is it a melee map or a map with triggers:abomHUH?:

it's not a melee map, it's a custom map with triggers and such.
