How do I put pics into a post??

Say I am gonna put a pic under these texts, how do I do it??

When you post or reply, down near the bottom it says "Attach file:" Click Browse and find the pic on your harddrive. Make sure it's a valid extension (the valid ones are listed just below that), and not too large (the max file size is 4048576 bytes). Then just submit reply.

either that... or host the file on a site such as www.iownjoo.com and then copy and past the link into [img ]file [/img] and that is how you would attach multiple files to a single post.

edit: had to add a space in the image brackets so it would show up as text.
