ok I finally did everything , but my hero doesnt look like what I edited in PSP... its wierd ... i edited demon hunter ... made him red ( as a noob test skin ) and made him have grey hair ... and I did all the stuff and I put it in my map and I know it works cuz its not demon hunter ... it looks weird tho , its like ... hes all broken up ... like peices of him are missing ... Ill try to put a screenshot on here later |

i think he went upside down... try selecting the image and flip it upside down then save it, then convert it again, then import it again |

Yeah, sometimes when you edit in tga form and convert to blp it flips it upside down (Dont ask me why). I had trouble with this before. So, yeah flip it upside down before converting. |

I made a cool new blood arthas ... took me a bit , and I imported and got everything right , but like i said , in game , he looks , werid , diff colors ... depicted into parts ... urg ... |

Ok try looking at the blp in warcraft3viewer. if its upside down then flip the tga and reconvert. and I mean look at the blp the FIRST time i say it. Yes, it can turn rainbow colors if flipped. it happens.:bgrun: |

Ok ... look ... I am really confused ... I dont know what to do ? Ok im gonna open up the main tga file that is flipped and colored ... cuz the other ones are like blue and yellow and weird ... ... soo ... what do I do from here? I am looking at my tga flipped upside down ... Ok...if no one will help thats fine , ill go to skinning forum ... but what im gonna do is start from the tga as if I were first editing it ... Scratch all that .... this is what im doing ... im opening the tga file that is done editing ... it hasnt been flipped or done anything to it ... but edited it ... its got the color i want ... if someone can help me from here that would be great |
