Big problem

I have a problem, when i make a model in milkshape its perfectly lined up and straight up and down as u can see here
but in we it ends up lying down as u can see here anyone know how to fix this?

Make him face down in Milkshape.

i tried that before but then some other things got all weird, but ill try it again!
