Model and skinning help for a newbie?

i downloaded a good model that came with skins from this site i found where i put the model but i have no idea what i do with the textures. Can somebody help?

If you just want to see the result, you can use the Warcraft 3 Viewer 2.3a : it has a "Remap textures" feature in the "Current File" menu.
