Third Resource

Linkmaster23 and I are working on a Warcraft II re-make, but we have hit a stumbling block... How do you add a third resource? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and you will be given credit for your assistance.

Well the way that we are doing it in our wc2 mod (why is there two who knows) is you use a leaderboard and a tree that has oil as a model, make a new ability to mine the oil, and make it so when you get your oil it adds to leaderboard..

Same thing, either way we shouldnt have two different wc2 mods being made, seems redundant to me.

Well thats not our actual forum, its elsewhere I just didnt give the link, cant give all our secrets away.

And by all means, go ahead and compete, we will have an intro, we will have everything, everything...

(if we didnt get an intro, you dont get oil, or a real combat copy method)

So I dont think thats a bright idea, plus im not a fan of competition but think of it as you want.

It would likely be better if both mods worked closer together, as it would come out with both being better then either one would be otherwise.

Why join forces on this thing? I think competition is good;) I don't like big teams either, I much rather see some co-partnerships.

I just think its funny how 2 people can take on a whole team... :P ! Anyways... I don't do partnerships where I fall under someone elses leadership when it was my original idea. Well, Shimrras really, it took a bunch of hints, but I finally got it!8))
