..makes some rules against those huge sig's out there. set a max size of like 250x120px's. I really like this forum it is a really valuable place. But all those sig's covering up more space then the post itself makes me sick.

pleeeease. I don't think is so fun for those still on modem to download trillions of gigantic images every time they want a simple answer to a question.

There already is a rule, the max size is 500 px tall. Mine is about that size, so anything bigger than that is too big.

What has that to do with it? IT IS ANNOYING TO DOWNLOAD THEM ON A MODEM, GET IT?

No. I am running 1024. But it is still annoying. Not just because of the loading time but it takes more space then the thread answers and it is
1. not necessary
2. sometimes hard to find the answers.

It makes the forum browsing harder.

If you run on a low resolution the picture takes up more of the monitor, whereas if you have a high resolution it takes up less space.

It does not take that long to load them, get used to it.
