Some ideas for detail

This is a pic I did for someone just to show what my stuff looks like. I think its a little bland, so please leave some ideas/constuctive criticism about how to make it look better, in terms of detail. I know some proportions are wrong (for example the hand on the staff looks wierd), so im not really asking what you think about that but it would help also. thanks in advance

how are the shoulder things kept on?! and i think it looks fine, except maybe a little deisign along the bottom edge of w/e hes wearing

its very good ... nice shading under the pads...but whats keeping them on ? ... and fix his hand up ...

add some runes on his robe!

Thats right. He looks like he`s gonna fall on his nose or mayby hes just so damn drunk (even wizards need to have a drink sometimes).
