I would like to draw and put it on a scanner and post it here ... But I just suck at drawing ... how did everyone draw so good ? Can anyone give me some tips |

Practice, practice, practice. It also helps to know anatomy and realism (aka not making joints imposible to bend.) And if you havn't done much art yet, just start by sketching real life objects, and make them just as you see them (My best peice is one of my cat's face :ggani: ) And if your young (13 or under) don't press it. Not many of the good artists on this site or that young. |

well as already said practice... alot, its the only way. Also take drawing classes, or art classes at school. they're good for practicing and easy credits :D :D |

erm... how old are you? i mean.. i am 18, and i believe most of teh really good artists in here are 17 or older... Jac is even above 20 ..OO.. aaand... as far as i know, DA, kimchi, X, Jac... the list goes on and on... dontyb feel like thinking of more... and me are totally OBSESSED with drawing, we just dont do anything else all day long for all our lives... thats how we got good. OBSESSION... total pencil adiction... if i dont touch a pencil, fineliner or tablet once a day i start to shake, will get ill and eventually DIE!! OO.. EDIT: yes it is true what they say, for people like me/us breaking an arm could be fatal... forgot to add, you dont have to literally study anatomy books an such... just pay attention to how people move ad how other artists draw it all... venentually, after a lot of practice, it'll all come together... it's only for the past 5 years that i've started draing without using references, before that i just copied EVERYTHING that interested me, including portraits, dbz scenes, still lives, album covers... whatever i encountered that interested me. (batman and ninja turtles WOOT!!) |
