Gothic Skins/Models Request

I want to make a Gothic RPG Map.
For those who dont know Gothic:
It´s a RPG which was released only in Germany (Gothic 2 is international juhu :) )
But it seems to me that I cant skin good engough to remake this awesome skins in the game :( .And I cant model also :(
The skins would stack inreally every Warcraft Map, cause Gothic plays in a Fantasy Middle Age where the orks fight the humans :bgrun: .

The picture shows 3 of 4 Mage types in the game.
The left is the Firemage the middle the dark mage and the right is the watermage. It would be cool if someone could try to make warcraft skin for them.
BUt i dont need only the Mage skins.
(btw this screenshots uses ingame graphic, and this game was realesed March 2001 :) )

i suck in skinning/moddeling and i am a semi-good terrainer

to make it a bit easier :)
