Help with ICONS.

What I want is an explanation to make icons USING the w3m utils to create the icons. By creating I mean just adding the attributes (disabled, auto-cast, grayed out, border, etc...) If someone can help, I would appreciate it.

I DON'T want a quick fix. I want to understand the steps required to make a custom icon's BTN and DISBTN.

I realize there are tools in w3m utils for creating ICON attributes (see above). I want a method for making icons that involves using w3m utils.

I got a tool to make all icon border, normal, passive, auto cast, attack and defence icon, and dissable for all kind of icon, but it work only whit photoshop.
