Post content warning

Lets get a few things straight.

You post your work here on a public forum. Therefore, anyone can come and post their comments on it. No matter how 'unqualified' to give an opinion, 'under-skilled' at the particular artistry being shown, or 'ignorant' to anything that involves creating the particular piece, they are free to post their comment.

Often people will add a joke or some sort of humour to a post, which is all very well and good if others can interpret as a joke, or you clarify that it is. People are too easily provoked into retorting, which leads to flaming, so be cautious, and be warned.

Spamming is obviously not tolerated. Small incidents will be ignored and overlooked, but consistancy will result in action.

Likewise, flaming is inappropriate and will lead to similar results.

The members of this forum come from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, age groups and equally, knowledge, and skill levels. We ask that you try to be pleasant and helpful to any and all users, and maintain a friendly level of communication here. It is nice to joke, and playfully taunt, but the very presence of this message shows that it can go too far, and we must warn you.

If you have nothing good to add, then just move along.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

He actually made this as a retort to the 'hammer warrior' thread, since I called him unqualified or something... He's really overlooked this in several cases, but I must say I'm not inniocent to the subject either...

whitehorn can be overly sarcastic/cynical; however he is not a flamer, please make the distinction

Yeah he's sarcastic, but anyone with remotely any sense of humor ought to realise that hes just being a goofball ^_^
