I think hes reffering to an old tutorial of Pencilgod's. Although this surely looks like a 5 minute skin. Try working on your skins for longer time.

Why whould it take 5 minutes? I can only see that much time in it if he has a slow computer and you're counting conversion times.

At any rate, in the time it took to make it he managed to mess up alpha channels.

i used his tut on making capes which helped me alot... although i couldn't figure out the part about the lines that went across the cape. O well.
